What languages can we work in?
Spanish, English and German. The whole process runs in your language, from the first email to the signing at the notary, and afterwards too, always with the same person.
Is the first consultation free?
Yes. The first meeting is free and with no obligation: we talk about your situation and what is essential for you before the search begins.
Which areas do you cover?
Torrox, Nerja, Torre del Mar and the rest of the Axarquía, including the white villages of the Sierra de Tejeda y Almijara.
I can only see a few listings. Is that everything available?
No. What is published is a selection of homes I have visited personally. The search does not start from what is listed, but from what you need: if nothing fits, the search stays open.
Do you also help after the signing?
Yes. After the notary I remain available for whatever comes up: utilities, town-hall registration, insurance, medical appointments, the residents' association and official correspondence.
Do the published prices include all costs?
No. Under Decree 218/2005 of the Regional Government of Andalusia, prices do not include notary or land registry fees, Transfer Tax (ITP) or professional intermediation fees.
